If you have a 1-cup measuring cup, it’s marked. There’s a line for ⅔. Right? Probably. It’s usually between the ½ and ¾ lines. If yours isn’t marked, buy a new one. They cost like five bucks. Or, you know, use the ½ cup and then add 2 tablespoons. That’s exactly ⅔ cup. Two tablespoons is one-eighth of a cup. Math. It works.
