What Date Does Universal Credit Get Paid
Did you know that Universal Credit is paid in calendar months, not 28-day cycles? So, some months have 31 days, others 30, and February is the grumpy short one. Your payment stays the same, though.
Unless you earn extra money that month. Then your next payment might be adjusted (i.e., reduced). It’s a whole math problem. But that’s a topic for another coffee chat.
For now, just remember: your UC date is your personal payday. Mark it. Plan for it. And if you’re still confused, check your journal or ask a friend. We’re in this together.
Alright, go grab another cup. You’ve earned it. And your money? It’s coming. Trust the process. (Even if the process is weird.)
