Microwave Jacket Potato Recipe
著者: 佐藤 大輔
A naked potato is a wasted potato. You’ve come this far, so commit.
The classic: cut it open, fluff the insides with a fork, then add a big knob of butter, a pile of grated cheddar, and a mountain of baked beans. Heaven.
Feeling fancy? Spoon over some leftover chili. Add a dollop of sour cream, some chopped chives, and a bit of crispy bacon.
Vegetarian? A heap of creamy sweetcorn and a drizzle of hot sauce is life-changing.
Don’t forget the salt and pepper. Season aggressively. Potatoes are sponges for flavor.
