Examples of Ebay Feedback
You’re selling a vintage lamp. The buyer gets it, loves it, and leaves: “Exactly as described! Fast shipping! A+++++”. It’s the feedback equivalent of a standing ovation.
Sometimes they get really creative. My personal favorite: “This seller could sell ice to an Eskimo, and I’d still buy it. 10/10.” I mean, who wouldn’t want that level of hype?
Then there’s the over-sharer: “Bought this for my cat. He now refuses to sleep on anything else. We’re both grateful.” You’ve just become the hero of a feline romance novel.
The Passive-Aggressive Masterpiece
Oh, this is where things get juicy. Someone leaves: “Item as described, but shipping took forever. Would have been nice to know.” That “would have been nice” is a knife wrapped in velvet.
Or the classic: “Product works. But the seller didn’t respond to my message for 3 hours. Unacceptable.” Three hours! Clearly, you should have been on eBay speed-dial during your dentist appointment.
My absolute winner: “The box was slightly crushed. I’m not mad, just disappointed.” That’s not feedback—that’s a guilt trip from your mom.
