Divide and Conquer Latin
Most people avoid Latin because they think it’s all about memorizing dead rules. But the real fun is in the fragments. Take the word cognitio (“knowledge”). Split it: co- (together) + gnoscere (to know). You always learn by knowing together—connecting new pieces to old ones. Use this for study playlists: pair one new Latin root with one song you already love. Your brain will thank you.
Practical tip: Keep a “Divide and Conquer” journal. Each day, write down one problem and break it into three Latin roots or three small steps. (Example: “Too tired to workout” → spiritus = breath → three deep breaths → one pushup.) You’ll laugh, but you’ll also do the thing.
