Sometimes you have to go nuclear. Boil a kettle of water. Carefully pour it down every kitchen drain (after removing any standing water). This kills larvae you didn’t even know existed. Do this once a day for three days. The smell of hot, wet death is oddly satisfying. Just don’t burn yourself—you’re a chef, not a stuntman.
