Morden Hall Garden Centre - National Trust
Look closely at the plant labels. They sometimes have hilarious descriptions. One might say “Grows anywhere. Even under a rock.” That’s my kind of plant.
They also sell weird and wonderful tools. Ever used a trowel shaped like a dragon? Me neither. But I want one. Badly.
There’s a section for plant addicts. I mean, serious collectors. The kind of people who name their succulents. (Guilty.)
The Secret Garden Vibe
Behind the main shop, there’s a little courtyard. It’s hidden. Like a secret garden, but with a cash register.
You’ll find fairy lights and tin baths used as planters. One bath had a tiny plastic duck in it. Pure joy.
It’s the little things, right? That duck made my whole week.
