Loveland Castle Museum Photos
These aren’t polished, professional pictures. They’re usually grainy and awkward. Tourists take them with bad phones. Shadows are weird. Angles are terrible. And that’s the best part.
You can see stuff that official tours miss. Like the crooked flagpole. Or the sign that says “No Spitting Inside Castle.” Harry put that up. He was very serious about it.
One photo shows a folding chair sitting next to a suit of armor. It’s a plastic lawn chair from the 1970s. Harry probably sat there during lunch breaks. A king of polyester.
Another image captures the floodlights. They’re not subtle. They’re big, yellow work lights. At night, they make the castle look like a haunted water park. It’s beautiful and ridiculous.
The Weirdest Detail
Look for the stained-glass window. It’s small, near the main gate. It shows a knight holding a sword. But the knight’s face? It’s Harry’s face. He literally made himself into a saint.
Then there’s the moat. It’s about two feet deep. Harry filled it with water from a garden hose. A brave knight could step over it. But it was “official,” so it counted.
On the roof, you’ll spy fake crenellations. They’re painted plywood. Not stone. Harry ran out of rocks, so he cheated. I love this man.
