How to Warm up Bacon
Let’s address the elephant in the room: the microwave. It’s tempting, but it’s a trap. Microwaves make bacon soggy, uneven, and weirdly tough. If you’re desperate, there’s one workaround.
Place the bacon on a plate lined with a paper towel, then cover it with another paper towel. Microwave on high for 15 seconds, then flip. Do it in 10-second bursts.
This forces out moisture and prevents that tragic leather effect. But honestly? Just use the stovetop. It takes two extra minutes and saves you from regret. You’re worth the effort.
