A Type of Gluten Free Flour
You can find sorghum flour at most health food stores, or online. Look for the brown bag from brands like Bob’s Red Mill. It’s cheap, too. Like, surprisingly cheap. You won’t need to sell a kidney.
Store it in a cool, dark place (your pantry is fine). But if you live in a humid place? Toss it in the fridge or freezer. Sorghum flour is a bit of a drama queen about moisture. Keep it dry, and it’ll last for months. You’re welcome for the PSA.
