Norfolk Broads Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite
Look, you can just sit and stare. The view changes every hour with the sun and clouds. But if you’re restless, there’s plenty.
Walking: Grab your boots. Miles of riverside paths, through marshes and woodland. You’ll pass wind-pumped mills and old dykes. It’s walking that feels like a gentle history lesson.
Cycling: Bring your bike. The lanes are flat. So flat you’ll worry the world is tilting. Perfect for a lazy afternoon peddle to a village pub for a cold pint. Are you even on holiday without a pub cycle?
Boating (obviously): If you don’t have your own, hire one. Driving a little cruiser under a low bridge is terrifying and hilarious. You’ll feel like a captain for a day.

The Pub: The Ferry Inn
It’s a five-minute walk. Literally, you could crawl after three pints. The Ferry Inn is perched right on the water. Garden seating, boat watching, and a menu full of comfort food. Fish and chips that would make a seagull weep with joy.
Go for the steak and ale pie. Your belly will thank you. And if you’re lucky, you’ll see a sunset that turns the river into liquid gold. No filter needed.
